The ultimate option would be an interest free loan from a relative if that is feasible.Make sure you are documenting all interactions with your tenants in writing.

It's almost as if this was all orchestrated to intentionally cause the bubble and come in the back door cleaning up the mess to repeat the process churning profits.I don't know if securitized portfolios of SFDs will fly, Warren Buffet seems to think so I believe, he has a pretty good crystal ball in manipulating or seeing the interactions between market industries.
