I’d definitely want feedback after the showings, as you’d get first-hand information from prospective renters.

My concern for you is that you seem to be trying to force something to happen and that can lead to a decision you regret down the road.

Sure, I'd love to win the Mega Millions and have millions of resources to make certain decisions, but the reality is I want peace- in knowing obligations aren't something to worry about. 

Gotta say, the discussions here have been pretty informative, especially with folks like @Taylor L. and Andrew sharing their insights.Looking at your list, I’ve actually known invetors who recently ventured into Memphis and Greensboro.

If they purchase their own policy, I enter their information and cancel my policy for that unit.

There was a recent webinar, bottom line, it looks like Darryl Heller sold off many of the ATMs, didn't pay the people who put the cash in them, didn't pay the stores that have them on site, isn't providing information to David Zook's team that the court has ordered and is racking up something like $50k+ a day for not doing so...it is a complete mess and seems like there are only a fraction of the ATMs that might still be producing money but the company hired by Zook to get their hands around all of this is running into many roadblocks because Heller's team isn't providing info. 

It’s a tough decision, but we’re adjusting our strategy to align with market conditions and our timeline.Having come from a corporate background, I’m used to doing these kinds of planning exercises.
