They have very few parking spaces and their patrons are leaving due to inadequate parking or the horrid way it looks when they arrive in the morning and clean up takes far too many hours each day.

I'm looking forward to meeting some folks here and developing some great relationships!

Very happy for you taking the leap into Real estate investing, it's a venture that some folks never get off the sidelines for.

it was vicious.what I liked coming out of this was so many that were bought with cash those folks don't lose houses.. and if someone is buying in this model I personally feel they need at least 10 to 15k in reserves on a hand to sustain a bad tenant run. the negative cash flow folks were CA  NV  AZ FLA  ..

Obviously, there are plenty of folks who disagree, but ultimately no one has ever HAD to use an agent.
