The hosts keep referring to the 1% rule.

Other than @John Underwood @Rhonda Blue and myself - there’s no way any of these comments were made by VR/STR self managing hosts.

SJREIA also hosts a number of meetings monthly.

I am normally the co-host but am out of the country right now. 

I continued to look for investors everywhere I went. at street fairs, through my small network of home owners and business people, hosted seminars on finding and doing fix and flips and built up a group of investors who encouraged me to find them development deals. 

The members of our site host these events themselves, but they are not associated with BiggerPockets.

I don't mean the ones hosted by the BP staff, rather the ones that are done by members, etc.  

By the way, I host the Gwinnett Subgroup for GA-REIA.
