Admittedly, there are voucher participants with health and wellness issues that have limited their situation, but those cases can be handled in a different way as well.Stepping down of my soapbox... thanks for the conversation about it!

The lines have a protective coating  internally, it has never caused any health problems in our city that I’m aware of. 

@Bryan, I dont know if I dont put a return addreaa, I had a death threat from the initial batch I sent out so I only put PO Box or leave it blank :) Most people I've talked to are fine but in my opinion not worth it

As someone said - first thing to do is get her affairs in order if you haven't already and have DPOA's set up for finance and health if 2 people will be involved or just one for all affairs - definitely consult an attorney and get everything in writing - if your family goes and invests her money and you lose it or there are not checks/balances and someone is essentially embezzling money you're asking for trouble and can cause her all sorts of issues.  

My wife was in the Army and now serves in a non-armed branch of the military called Public Health Services (PHS), but I get mail addressed to me all the time as if I were the one in the military (being the male), but it was actually her.

The real difference between us is he is more of a phone person than i am due to his past experience working in health insurance for many years and i have been spending most of my week knocking doors in my new farm area for listings and leads. 

He is constantly causing trouble, making threats, scaring the neighbors, making messes, and more.

I plan not to buy a single thing, other than groceries and health related products (I'm getting surgery on aforementioned foot) for this week. 

(cell phone, health car, car etc...) 

Confirm with your lawyer, but I wouldn't worry about their threat of demanding specific performance.
