Living on a small little island in Curacao, coming to the USA, as an international student, finagling my way up the most desired organisations on this planet, in my field.. which is hard to do as an American, even harder as a foreigner.  

Green landlording is a win/win/win as I see attracting tenants and helping planet.2. 

I suppose you could sell if you wanted to, but it is really an item you have zero use for anymore and the only other person on the planet that would want it just had you back out of a deal.

grass is always greener on the other side of the hill.. constant social media of how to get rich with non of your own money etc etc.really just an extension of MLM marketing at its core..  

Everyone always think the grass is greener somewhere else.

You need not have a Harvard business degree to realize, that there is no business in any industry on this planet, that can survive on 10% margins.

. :)  just being objective here. sometimes I think we all think the grass is greener.. but the grass in Orygun is pretty darn green if you take sometime to find the deals... :)

I met with a guy who works at planet fitness during my workout, we took our conversation to REI and now he's hookiing me up with a active house flipper.

Also, people from other countries still want to come to the US because we are still the best country on the planet.

It baffles me that we have 70% of the fresh water on the entire planet surrounding our state and it still costs so much.
