I took many courses before actually taking action on my first investment and I still have self-doubt when attempting new strategies and I have failed.Second, anyone who has not experienced self-doubt has not pushed themselves into the uncomfortable place of trying something new and potentially failing but learning a great lesson making them stronger.You are capable Robel.

If you ever want to get into a tenant nightmare of costly potential litigation become a landlord, have the ac go out in Phoenix in July, and inform the tenant that you just don’t have the funds to replace it!.    

We set up our CPA, LLC, website, marketing plat forms (social media), investor (sponsors) list, I have an operation manager, acquisition manager, and myself leading the charge.

The local who lives there but commutes 30-60 min to another community because they can’t find a job to support their family in their town.That same local knows that a 4plex would be great on that lot that’s been vacant for 20 years and that there are at least 4 families who could benefit greatly from that development.That local knows that Ryan’s plumbing and Katie’s electrical companies that service 75% of the town really needs a new flex space to use as a shop, storage, and parking for their business so that they aren’t working out of their garage and can hire a couple of locals to work with them at the office and in the field.Development is different in our small towns but if locals aren’t the ones doing it, and developers aren’t coming, what happens to our kids futures?

I think that areas on the outskirts of desirable cities where many people are moving (ie: Charleston) have great long term potential, as eventually people start to rent right outside the downtown area when prices rise.
