@Ed Ma, I want to second @Nathan Gesner's advice here -- perhaps only sell if you are relatively confident in your landing spot being an improvement for you. 

I have two deeded parking spots in the lot but owe 0% to the condo association that owns it through a stroke of luck.

I personally think there is a sweet spot of deals in the $2m - 8 or 9 mil range where institutional people shy away as it's not big enough and it weeds out a lot of other smaller investors. 

I also wouldn't install a taller fence or a shrub because he could move the camera to another spot.

They're usually blue, so they should be easy to spot at the home depot/lowes rental desk); put them throughout the previously flooded areas of the basement, and all around the soaked carpet you've removed (if you're trying to salvage the carpet).
