Most of my clients purchase turnkey investment properties in areas like Old North, Merion Village, Southern Orchards, Old Towne East/King-Lincoln Bronzeville, Driving Park, North Linden, North Hilltop, Franklinton, Reynoldsburgh, and Hungarian Village.

Legal records can be harder to examine the further away a tenant moves or the more time that has passed, making them easier to miss.

On the flip side, we are contemplating focusing on areas closer to bigger cities nearby (less than a hour drive) that would allow for a more steady LTR investment with monthly cash flow and decent appreciation.

NH has some great ski resorts and I am within driving range of all of NH making it a real possibility to build a team there in person.With that being said, is anyone here having success with NH Air BNB Rentals?

other than that you own it.you drive out and its destroyed or you bid on a second thinking it was a first tough luck.its the same in most west coast states..

I had trouble with minimum balance fees at my local bank and it was driving me nuts.  

Popular places to vacation are always a good bet.I suppose there are some developments coming in some states that will drive more tourism.Beach, lake, mountains, etc.

I only see two units on the Google drive by.
