It seems to have the worst of both worlds.Do you have a ton of other assets that could be attached if sued?

Is there a way to secure those assets overseas?

I am able to edit the assumptions on the Plan, by clicking the details of the property under "Real Assets". 

Rates currently range from the high 4.00% - mid 5.00%'s depending on the asset / borrower / location. 

I tried that once and was seeing double digits %.
