There are proven benefits and I think it is insane that we deny people marijuana in a case like this, yet doctors prescribe highly addictive pain killers like they are selling popcorn at a movie theater.

It could cashflow if I added a bedroom in the basement.I'm a fairly conservative investor: a minimum of 20% COC, 2% rule, with a good buy and/or multiple exit strategies.I actually discovered BiggerPockets because I ran into issues purchasing my first two condos - I could not get the bank to finance the second condo because there was too many rentals within he complex. 1) Condo (1/1) - purchased w/ 5% down as an owner occupied property (one of my best properties)2) Condo (2/2) - got denied so I got creative and used the checks that credit cards sent you (25k) from three different cards, begged friends, and had about 15k in my bank.

SRF rentals (one off) is a tad diff than MFU, where you're managing several tenants(as in our 6-units).We noticed that tenants were apparently accustom to landlord abuse and obviously a new landlord meant rent increases were coming.Being an absentee landlord, we didn't need a mass exodus.

our loan is for 153,000, payment with tax, pmi, and home insurance is 1115/month. 30 year 3.5% fixed rate Our additional debt is 1700/month with my student loans, small credit card debt and our cars, we are a nervous wreck and worried about denial because of my student loans, we have pleanty in the bank for downpayment plus additional payments, (seller is paying closing) would they submit our stuff if they felt it would be denied?

Yesterday I received a rejection letter from the new management company stating that the by-laws state that the association is only responsible for common elements, and not the units.It doesn't explain that if a common element's failure damages a condo unit then ____ is responsible.I have sent emails calling the both parties abusive.

Pretty much anything the seller comes back with will be denied though, lets see where they are on the pain meter.
