Any landlord that thinks a tenant owes him something can file a collection and mess up their credit?

My advice, find a tenant who has a track record of paying rent.

It’s on track to do over 45k gross as a STR with current bookings, but may end up closer to 55k as I get mostly last minute bookings (a lot from contractors needing a big enough space to house their crews).

.- Match their name and social to their application and their credit check.- Pay date is the YY/MM/DD.- ETS is when their current enlistment ends.- Military members are usually paid twice a month, on the 1st and 15th.

I would like to invest in long-term rentals and I'm interested in having monthly CASHFLOW, unfortunately my initial budget cannot exceed $20,000 as a down payment, and my credit score is very good.

This loan will help my llc build credit, and since the pml/hml doesnt build credit, I want to use a cc to pay my contractor and use the loan to pay off the cc as another way to build my credit.

In addition, they track vaccination dates.  

He's looking for a Georgia/out of state lender.There's tons, I would recommend talking to local credit unions in that area too.
