We were doing a text campaign to pre-foreclosures from the Clerk of Court website.

Is this just a function of low inventory, high interest rates, and high taxes? 

I tried Invelo, I am just not impressed with the complexity of the "marketing" functionality.

I invest for my own account, and do deal analysis for my syndication business while my partner runs all other (administrative) functions.  

The lawyer needs to file an action with the court and then advertise that there is a hearing about this property for a period of time so that anyone who has interest in the property will know to come forward for the hearing.

In regards to that impact on society, it's going to be imperative to function.

If you have the same procedures and standards in place for everyone, it's hard for a court of law to prove you discriminated against a potential tenant. 

Also, some policies have some variability in the rate ie there’s a floor that’s guaranteed but some portion is a function of marketplace and with low rates that return may be dropping.

There is no functional issue to the burner and rather seems to be cosmetic.

I use Baselane for my banking, bookkeeping and some of my PM functions.
