Have you started compiling a list of investors?

In addition to the exceptional targeting (you can compile endless lists with your criteria) I got a lot of value from the other functionality the site offered such as viewing court documents (tax notices, divorce decrees, etc...). 

What we are currently doing right now is compiling a list of all potential lenders in our area, and splitting them up and going in person to talk to them about our situation.

If compiled the data I am willing to be MORE persons who attempted to flip homes failed and lost $ then those who profited, without a doubt.
