I feel that it is a part of the attraction of the assets class, and it should be included. 

You can find some value here in C-class properties since there are emerging B-class areas in these towns.

Wondering what c class can bring in Lawrence. 

It's probably an upper C to lower-mid B class rental but I am trying to church it up some.

The limited apartment building coming online from the covid boom there continues to be strong appreciation in the multifamily and single family assets classes.
