instead of just seeing trees and overgrowth.There's a lot of dirt back there and really no grass unfortunately (other than crab grass).The back steps and deck have been removed, but the dumpster was filled to capacity so I'll have to get another dumpster, this time a 30 yard one to fit the shed, the old kitchen cabinets, the wood around the tree in the backyard (someone tried building a tree fort), the old roof, and all the old windows.

I especially think the best advice is to have a waiver for a jury trial and will be having all new leases/renewals sign that piece of paper, as I would recommend to everyone.I know this isn't particularly helpful, but "you can be sued" for just about anything you do, ever, in a landlord capacity.
