Rob, calling other people's work/offer's to help crap isn't the best way to make friends and influence them.

I wanted to add to the list of ways that you can boost your credit score! 

Call it influence or persuasion or even negotiations. 

In the commercial space you can boost the value by either lowering expenses or adding some other monetary value i.e. coin laundry, storage fee, parking fee etc....

As a small operator I will no longer do TI without a client direct influence.

Some of the factors that may influence your decision: extensive presence of a particular asset class in the area where you reside, or where you’d like to reside.

Not only will they save you 9.8 tons of heat annually, they’ll also boost your property value significantly.The weather might be extreme this season, but that doesn’t mean your power bill has to be.

I brought this up in a recent REI meetup and I think it is a tool that can help those who might need to build some age of credit or give a boost to that score to help get that better rate.
