I have other offers out there and am working a few leads, so it's not a loss for me.Forgive me if my demeanor is seemingly "short", but I will not go out of my way to try to "remedy" a situation within an inappropriate time frame.

The termite remediation treatment is done, but the majority of the sill under the house has some termite damage - mild to moderate damage covering 60% of the sill in the front, sides, and back as well as across a couple of the floor beams.

I think battling them for the late fee this time would do more damage than the $45 is worth.It's great that you're standing firm on collecting a late fee but in some cases that aren't clear best to just let it go and make a note to include a remedy in your next lease.

Heat can easily force bed bugs into adjoining units and the proper way to remedy this is to treat the adjacent units weather they have bed bugs or not.

The source of the water is external and can be remedied with a sump pumb/perimeter drainage inside as well as a dry well outside.
