The truth is they can’t find a place to rent for the price they want.

Which may also include, but not be limited to: Escrow Agreements, Truth In Lending disclosures, Assignment of Rents, Anti-Coercion notices, etc, etc.

Usually 2nd past landlord will give you the truth since they don't care anymore but current landlord may be trying to get rid of a problem tenant.

The truth is, the overwhelming majority of them love the idea but will never put in the effort.

Truth be told, I often felt like a pest following up instead of trusting that they were doing their jobs without my involvement, and I need to be more effective in my delegating.

I appreciate the info though and I can deal with harsh I rather hear the truth and take it for what it is worth then to be lied to or have things sugar coated.
