HiI pay for all utilities in a recovery home in multiple four plexes.

The pent up travel demand seems that it will foreshadow an explosive recovery later next year.

The data reflects a two-speed recovery where the jobs market continues to struggle but other parts of the economy are performing well.

Things may seem grim now and I may be biased but as a New Yorker, I have faith in the recovery.

Keep in mind, the maximum recovery amount under the policy is the less of the amount of insurance or the then fair market value of the property. 

I was a little slower having a conversation with tenants than I normally would be due to the surgery recovery process, but we collected January rent at closing so I had a bit of cushion.

My calendars are full again and I have zero concerns about the long-term prospects of my particular market and investments.Now, that is specific to my market of the Tennessee Smokies - there's going to be different recovery periods for different markets.

It's a V recovery,  right?

"Deals" may start to pop up here and there as consumer confidence rides the recovery wave, but the timing just isn't right (in my opinion). 

To add to the dilema, the hotel across the parking lot from this property has been converted to a covid recovery center.
