Even if that thread now gets some positive responses the near total lack of response to this point gives a Loud and Clear message.Please understand I'm a great admirer of @Joshua Dorkin for starting this site and working his tail off for years to keep it going.  

As to the mate situation all I can say is fins someone who you admire their character not how they look or dress. 

I admire that you are doing something to get involved in real estate investing, but the numbers appear a bit thin to me, I can guarantee you will end up paying many expenses out of your own pocket.

Hopefully Jeff's question was answered.I don have to admit, I admire his ability to ask a lot of questions.

I have a great command of the process involved with construction and project management of a successful project.I was told by some I admire that I constantly meet with about doing investing that I reminded him of someone how is sitting on the sitting line in the stands and dreaming of getting into the game( real estate investing) but never do it.
