We just completed a total gut in the West end area and the total cost was 130K for a major rehab.  

The only storm trooping I've done was blue tarp in NOLA and West Palm beach.

I have development projects in CA & the Mid-West, the requirements are basically the same on disposal.- If you are rehabbing to flip/sell, there may be State disclosure laws you need to be aware of on the Disclosure Statement.

If you can find good off market deals in Massillon, or the West side of canton,  I'd be interested.

Multi-units here tend to cash flow best in B or C class neighborhoods like Oildale (North Bakersfield), Northeast Bakersfield, Downtown, and places immediately West of the 99 freeway.

Make sure you keep COPIOUS notes, and paper the file with stuff from Key West to Pensacola, anything you even remotely think will be of use in a court.
