What do you do about allowing tenants to install TV (either satellite or cable) and Internet service in their individual units?

Not only is it for a few games only but on Memorial day holiday to boot.Needless to say the good seats sold out in seconds only thing left was 4th level up where the birds fly by your head and you can see better on TV..... : ) There are still one seat tickets in good areas but not 4 like we needed so I coughed up the cash through a ticket broker to get dugout seats on field level on the Red Sox side.

Foolishly, we figured $30k (total pie-in-the-sky number... watched too many TV shows) and 3 months. $75k and 5.5 months later, we're finally a few days away.

He just watched tv all day.  

best $10 I have ever spent.I have done tv ads, radio, print (magazines as well as newspaper) facebook ads with targeted ads (2nd best place to spend marketing dollars) use facebook power editor and know the demographics your aiming for...

If there is any way to frame out the door to make it a regular height now is the time to do it, you won't regret it and I know it's a duplex so you'd have to probably match the entries.. but this size door is awful to order,, and a storm / screen door is just as costly.Stay informed with the local police safe officer and find out if other type incidents are happening in your area, the lighting, extra locks, new door are super but if someone wants in they will get in.With all the shiny new stuff empty boxes,, in trash of new TV's etc are calling card for burglars.. cut boxes down. 

We found a lawn chair, side table, Christmas lights, beer fridge and tv... in the crawl space.

I have a much better experience watching it on TV.
