PS - I am a buy and hold investor in the Syracuse, NY area.

Surely there are similar deals out there in Battle Creek, Colorado Springs, Houston, Atlanta, Syracuse, and other cities with larger populations. 

Of course nobody knows for sure, but both Matthew Gardner (Chief Economist for Windermere) and Lawrence Yun (Chief Economist for the NAR) are predicting the same thing: if the economy goes back to a somewhat normal activity level by fall, that we're likely to see a postponement of the regular spring housing market into fall where pent up demand, low interest rates and low supply cause house prices to increase even further.

Plus we have a Superbowl winning team...go Chiefs!

As for getting him to "play ball" the chief building inspector is involved in all this and I will ask him tomorrow about the City's requirement for a sewer easement in his plans in order for him to move forward.

I own one facility in Syracuse and am working on purchasing one out toward Buffalo in the next couple months.

I was wondering if rochester/ syracuse/ or buffalo were good markets to buy and hold.Thank you
