You need to understand that it is true that the housing authority pays more in some zip codes.

I heard of a beach condo where they had to replace all the railings on the building being out of code.  

You have to check the landlord tenant code in your state to see the proper way to give notice. 

I was not given an access code.

Some parts of this zip code are even located within Hilliard Schools. 43204 is a very diverse zip code.
