Get lots of bids, go with reputable painters so the job is done right.

I would not spend $700 for a lead inspector, instead, hire a professional painter to touch upon any areas that are needed.

Pretty much every competent had a supply chain issue and super long lead times...windows, bricks, paint, appliances, HVAC, garage doors, garage door openers, and labor for everything...except painters and landscapers.   

To hire an Eletrician for the lights, plumber for the tub, general contractor to fix the Sheetrock, painter to paint and flooring guy to do the floor would probably have cost me $5000-$8000.I completed the project myself over the course of a week for under $800.
