Well I've lived in Denver and New Mexico for a number of years so I do have experience living in the middle of the country and I'm not from the west coast originally , I just fell in love with the Pacific Northwest when I first moved there so I decided to move back.

I used Sierra Pacific Mortgage, I believe they are national lender.

If the house has a Federal Pacific circuit breaker box replace it.

We are close to the Pacific Crest Trail, Mt Ashland for sking, there is snowboarding, cross shoeing, hiking. 

And a rather shocking $30million condo sale for a 6000 ft place on Billionaires Row in Pacific Heights!!!!

We live in Carmel-By-The-Sea and bought a single-family home in Pacific Grove in which we built an ADU so it is now essentially a duplex. 

But being in San Diego, the Pacific is almost undivable (not much to see there for shore diving anyway).  

I can smell and hear Pacific Ocean inside my house.

Either way, we only plan to stay in the Pacific Northwest area for another 5-8 years until my daughter is little older, then we plan to get the heck out of here.
