I make sure I have a commitment from the seller and an understanding before I list anything for sale.I tell the seller upfront in Georgia as a broker I can lien a commercial property and stop a sale for money I am owed.If they are out to something underhanded I will learn it then before I lift a finger marketing the property.If not then we have an understanding of what will happen.I don't take listings where seller do it out of necessity but believe the broker has no value.People need to stop playing games and conduct business.I don't have time for flaky buyers and sellers.

I do this out of necessity because thats where my liquid assets are.

The producers of necessities would have severe bargaining power absent a reliable medium of exchange.

Living on this property is more a necessity than scheme to be watchdog...I need a place to live, and am currently renting.Ralph, by living in the 4th unit, I save the money I've been throwing away on rent.

I would greatly appreciate any and all input on the company (Profit From Rentals) and the necessity of plans/permits.

I see over and over how necessity is the mother of invention, and I just need a little vision from those of you who really experience some of these NEEDS on a regular basis.  

I have been achieving my why by gaining a lot of freedom through investing and I am on my way to where working is more of an option rather than a necessity.

Also @JD Martin, once you have those features, they almost become necessities.

If all your buyers are using the same formula then you are forcing yourself into THEIR narrow buying parameters leaving no necessity to have a vast (buyers) list.
