Oftentimes what I see is that millennials might have good income (or will have good income hopefully in your situation), but they don't have the equity for a down payment.

I dont think people would think you were crazy at all...Thats IN right now... and I personally have 3 close friends that are building or have already built tiny house's, so there is a market for Tiny Houses especially within millennials.  

Small towns like to remain small towns, and not many millennials will make this their choice when moving to the areaChandler / GilbertChandler and Gilbert are located far south off the 202.

There has been a big increase of millennial moving to the downtown area of Cleveland, which seems to be an encouraging sign.There are other areas like Ohio City which have gone up a lot in price.

It's a little too far away from the city to be of interest to millennials.
