I get technology , and all but every time I learn some thing.

Hi there.  I own a smaller portfolio of multifamily properties (less than 50 units) and am curious if the Bigger Pockets world has any favorite apps, websites, accounting/management software, etc. that are recommended...

As an example Hitachi Global Storage Technologies is laying off 20% of their global work force, but there is no recent news on this topic. 

With today's technology / computers, it is much simpler to do and we use some of the same terminology for the same / similar concepts.Think of it this way, if you were running a business where you have many repeat customers to who provide a service or product (e.g. flower shop, pool cleaning, HVAC maintenance, whatever), you would not have a separate bank account for each customer but you would have to keep track of what each customer has been invoiced and what payments they have made.

But I'm sure they've updated their technology and are better at the closing process now.Another thing I didn't like that much was that I had asked for the closing documents to be sent to me ahead of time prior to the notary arriving but they didn't.

Much like creating and inventing new technologies I create new seo trends and constantly test them out.

Technology will have a economic impact that we have yet to realise.Hopefully brick and mortar will last another generation since I do not use on line shopping in any form. 

He is not investing in new technology or flashy startup companies.
