It is really a great way to build wealth, and it sounds like you already have a good grasp of how you want to do it! 

Gosh I wish I could grasp this in the way I think you mean it.

CO springs recently passed an ordinance for short term rentals, which I don't fully grasp either.

I have been reading and researching strategies and business plans for beginners entering the real estate market and feel that I have a descent grasp on the basics.

Be mindful of the demand of your degree, but spend some time each day reading the materials you need to get a better grasp of the ins and outs of flipping and real estate investment in general.

@Maugno Mora I am coming at this from being a partner in 25 units and having a pretty good grasp on the general concept of taxes on the rental side (I dont do flips).

It was a quick conversation with the lender and I don't think I grasped the concept.So with delayed financing exception you would be allowed to recoup 75% of the purchase price + closing costs and 75% of the rehab?
