You need to run the LLC as a totally separate financial enterprise or an attorney may be able to pierce the LLC and go after you personally (piercing the corporate veil)

Then there are two methods by which municipalities collect on delinquent taxes: the sale can be conducted by the county Tax Claim Bureau (TCB), or the sale can be conducted by the county Sheriff.

I don't see any way for your Dad to avoid the early withdrawal penalty in addition to the ordinary income tax he would have to pay on an early withdrawal from his retirement account.You still have to decide if the money your Dad contributes to the enterprise is a loan or a contribution of capital.
