Hi Dennis,Yeah, I also understand, and that's why I can see many countries government apply some regulations for foreigner (eg. higher transaction tax for foreigner, higher down payment, some even not allowed in China if you can't show your working proof in the city for 2 years ore more)In US, seems like government can always control it in certain level by increasing the property tax.As long as if it's not vacant after buying it, I still feel it's not a waste and adding value to the overall bucket.

Sounds like we are under totalitarian government, just like in communist China or something...

Also the market is India and China, thus not a local market.
