MBA program would also provide more leadership courses, helpful for career advancement if you want to manage one day. however, if you strictly want to focus on accounting and have no plans to climb the corporate ladder, an MS in accounting may be better suited toward you. it will all depend on your career goals.

A court could choose to pierce the corporate veil, effectively ignoring the LLC's limited liability provisions, and hold you personally liable.

Would it make a difference if the properties were under a business name that is filed as a S- Corp or a C- Corp?

I am saving quite a bit from my corporate job now that i can cover the PITI if when I have a vacancy.   

And if we reinvest all the earnings, we both won't have income from LLC, thus no personal tax, but corporate tax.

I left my corporate job 4 years ago and became a full time agent.
