It’s still largely a sellers market and there’s a LOT of people who will buy that same deal at a discount… I’ll charge the fires hell with a water pistol for my loyal clients but the ones who shop around on agents will get my basic respect and courtesy, but not an abundance of my time.

Hi @Esther TamaThere is an abundant amount of good advice and good points here.

We are looking to continue to buy buy it seems like they are difficult to find and expensive to a point that the cash flow is tight.Alternatively, I have looked at Albert Lea, MN where there is an abundance of houses available but have been told by some the market is dying, or is a tougher neighborhood.

I'm convince that this community has abundancy mindset and willing to help newbie to get started.
