It infers responsibility, having a disclaimer in the lease and putting the responsibility on the tenant is the best option along with requiring tenants to have 100k in renters insurance, as well as having proper insurance ourselves.This would of course apply to sfh, th, and small multi units. 10-unit and above should have enough maintenance to provide and clear ice daily as needed.As far as salt, calcium chloride is the best as it is safe for concrete.

It’s still largely a sellers market and there’s a LOT of people who will buy that same deal at a discount… I’ll charge the fires hell with a water pistol for my loyal clients but the ones who shop around on agents will get my basic respect and courtesy, but not an abundance of my time.

We are looking to continue to buy buy it seems like they are difficult to find and expensive to a point that the cash flow is tight.Alternatively, I have looked at Albert Lea, MN where there is an abundance of houses available but have been told by some the market is dying, or is a tougher neighborhood.
