Then when it comes time for you to buy the next house you can buy the next one and then hire movers to come in and pack up your current house and move everything to the new one.

Depending what your goals are you can try the Aberdeen area, the yelm/rainier area, and you can on occasion get a duplex in the olympia/lacey/tumwater area for $269k. 

I live in the Aberdeen area, but hang in Baltimore here and there and try to catch some meet ups when I can.  

Yup I know someone is going to fish out U Haul data and toss it in my face to prove me wrong but please remember the people coming in to the state may not be using U Haul, these are likely highly educated, higher paid pros who use more expensive and customized moving services rather than a DIY movers option.
