My husband and I converted a workshop to an ADU in Southern California and made $1000 month rent for three years before we sold the property.

Going to a Deal Analysis Workshop in a couple of weeks in Dallas (Think Multifamily) and the New Orleans Investment Conference in October, Fire Summit in November (Think Multifamily)... and may add a few more if somehow they end up being in Hawaii :)

Hi all, I’ve been researching some different wholesaling workshops recently, and I’m not sure which one would be best or actually worth it.

Like I mentioned, I never dropped big money to go hear one, but I did go see a few that my REIA sponsored for a Saturday workshop, which cost me something like $100 or less; some where worth it and I paid a little cash for the material they were selling at their workshop and some were not.

As a Business, you will also need to be familiar with OSHA regulations for jobsites and workshops.

We essentially worked with the space that was there, plus finished out a lower level workshop.

I'm going to a NACA workshop in December because apparently you can buy a house with little to no money down; apparently they will give you a loan.

There will also be a la carte workshop options for Sunday like in years past.
