What he doesn't mention in the presentation, which includes a demo. of the impressive-looking product, is that for $2K you don't actually get the software to load on your computer, you access it on the Internet for a "modest" fee of $69.95/month.

My business partner and I have found over and over that we continue to run into real estate people who are great with first impressions and get you charged with assuring you that they can do the job for you only to ride off into the sunset and not deliver, much less communicate that they can't do the job.Makes us crazy!

(i.e. they let you come look at the place but once you put the deposit down it's non-refundable, unlike when you buy directly from the bank)David I was always under the impression that the wholesaler gets an inspection period from the bank (of course), but the end buyer does NOT get a true inspection period from the wholesaler (i.e the end buyer is not able pay an earnest money deposit to the wholesaler, keep the property tied up for five (or whatever) days and then back out on the last day and get the earnest money back).
