@Timmy Fritz if you are occupying a single family home with an "accessory" unit then that is 100% totally fine.  

A simple approach I use is to buy all the appropriate bath and kitchen accessories at IKEA that will fit the space.

Thermostats, towel bars and other bath accessories, doorbells, mailboxes, house numbers, pull chains, closet shelving, garbage disposals, light bulbs, final cleaning, and all of the other little details can all start to add up on you if you don't plan for them.

However, we do permit vaping.

Key accessory for that is a device that switches on the shop vac it's hosed to when you switch on the sander.
