Zillow is clueless with duplex.The upper cap is SFH but how lower should a duplex be when comparing with a comparable specs SFH?

They are generally run by grey haired busy bodies and control freaks who have no understanding of their own rules or the law that governs them. 

When I was in the Upper West side of NY, guess what I saw hanging out of the windows of 5M$ condos?

Additional to this is if there is a porch or another exit on the ground floor that the upper units may not have.What is your personal preference?

We're trying to decide whether to hang onto it, become landlords and use the equity to purchase our next place or just sell, take the profit and focus on purchasing another fixer-upper in an area we foresee appreciation.

Most inspections just check to see if the outside of the valve body is leaking.

At the moment my wife and I are looking to purchase our first home (a fixer upper) in a nice neighborhood but the home has foundation issues such as leaning walls, cracked bricks, etc.
