We spent a total of just under 50k renovating the property, all new windows, interior including paint, flooring, updated plumbing, electrical, all completely renovated the interior including removal of popcorn ceilings, and all costmetic updates, cabinets, countertops, light fixtures.

Wanted to give an update since my last post.

You could start with something that needs cosmetic updates rather than a full gut renovation to reduce your risk.Balancing Income: If your current job doesn’t provide a high income, leveraging real estate to supplement that could be a smart move.

It needs some major updates, but seems to have good bones.

I’m doing my best to keep track of this but my feed is a little out of order when it updates.
