I used to have a routine where I got up at 4:30 am everyday to start my day and did much better at coordinating my time becuase I takled things when I was fresh instead of exhausted.

So we can safely say she has never been "discriminated" against in her life.I love when people use big scary words to voice their displeasure with an uncomfortable situation. :)

Routinely I have 2-3 open houses a week, and when potential tenants take a look their feedback is typically positive.

This is far from my first one so it was fairly routine.

They are routinely allowing about 15% less than the housing authority allows. 

I know it’s really none of their business what I decide to do with the property at this point but I still don’t want any kind of uncomfortableness in the transaction.My buyer pool so far hasn’t bought it because most of them only buy in other areas.
