So I don't know how much you can talk off the posted price.For the models that Best Buy had in stock (for the projection TV's), they weren't too terribly far off the internet price, so some play there, but not too much.

This is a very vague question and can not be answered properly without knowing what area, what type of investment, what kind of risk factors, etc.For instance, a great cap rate for apartments in CA would be 6%, but would be terrible in Texas, Ohio, Illiniois, etc.

I have yet to see or hear a single guru talk about the difficulties of the business or discuss the truth about operating expenses, cash flow; or other serious matters.Having said all that, you will certainly read many books and articles while acquiring your education and starting with one book as opposed to another isn't terribly important.

I have an S Corp that is only a few months old, and I have terrible personal credit.BUT.
