If you're syndicating deals, then it's a cost that will be billed to the syndication.Even after 2,300 units transacted, we pay an inspector to go into each unit and give us a report of the condition, along with pics.

You could also possibly partner with a relative who knows / trusts you to make up for any shortcomings you may have.After that, presuming you have good credit, you can go to a mortgage broker and they will evaluate your credit and financial "worthiness" against their requirements for their lenders to lend to you.

Another option would be to speak with your tax person about the requirements and expense involved in lending the cash to the llc when needed.
