@Tucker Olen I suggest you look at the Capital One Spark card- I get 2% on all transactions.

I'm sure that will spark other various opinions.  

Just make sure to highlight the proximity of your property to campus and that should help spark some interest.

Because some foreigners only get a 1 to 2% return in their country and do not want money trapped long term because of civil and economic unrest.

@Andrew Sparks I would recommend narrowing down exactly what type if investing strategy you want to do.

I see that you're in Reno/Sparks NV as well - would love to connect. 

A strong USD / EUR helps -against the poor macroeconomics and the political / social unrest...And I’m really glad to see the positive energy in a market that seems a bit rigged relative to other developed countries.

Maybe just us meeting could spark something in the area?

First I want to start by giving credit to @Steve Hall from Jacksonville....his reply in the Houston thread sparked this desire to start this discussion and I incorporated from that post.
