But, I had to connect the pump and dehumidifier to one unit's electrical panel. 

Get good at looking at non cosmetic things like HVAC, roof, hot water tank and electrical panel and put those things in a separate list.

My electrician used 50 amp and 40 amp form panel. 

Also if we can add solar and EV charging in Garages to upgrade a property a 20% Appreciation can be gained.

We have Eufy security camera's (no subscription but DEFINITELY add on the solar chargers)Schlage encode wireless door lock.  

All things aside I would suggest you taking a look at vinyl click wood panel.

Carolina, and to completely rewire a house including a new panel costs between $3.50-5 per sq ft of living space.

Oddly enough, this house had electrical service upgrade by a licensed electrician (new panel and romex wire) a couple years ago...and the pipe that burst was cpvc, which I have never seen before.

They will compare it to the house down the street that has been on the market for a year with paneling and green carpet, and say yours is actually worth less than that They are totally oblivious to the fact that it is they who stand in the way of the free market, and it is the market that assigns value most efficiently.
