One of the guys on the podcast said he writes them down if he sees an A/C unit (in a nice area), assuming that means they don't have the few thousands dollars to install central air.Good luck!

A track lighting fixture may be one of the cases where an LED bulb in an existing fixture, may be the better choice over integrated, non-removeable LEDs, as they are not behind a shroud to hide a defective diode.For comparison purposes, I have had two of the larger integrated LED fixtures listed a over, and five of the smaller integrated fixtures listed above installed for two years at my home, and have yet to notice a single LED failure.
