It has to be a significant amount so that the seller can see the value in taking your offer over someone elses.FHA loans come with the seller often needing to make repairs to get the sale to go through, as well as the fact that FHA loans have a higher chance of not closing than someone using a conventional loan.

I found a niche in taking that liability off their hands and renting it to the resident population that couldn't figure out how to save $2,000.00 but could come up with $600 a month for rent....oh and flat screen TV's.
