It'll be "suspended" until that purchase mortgage with a real live purchase contract, etc, gets to the underwriter, but it's still in the works, coming down the pipe, etc, and we may have simultaneously answered the "where is the down payment coming from?"

My strategy is to do a simultaneous close with an end buyer by October 14, 2016.
