The first time syndicators purchasing in PHX circa 2018-2019 are in the witness protection program and I wouldn't expect a call back anytime soon.I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news but if you invested in a PHX multifamily purchased in 2018-2019 then you are probably in for long and bumpy ride.

Turnkey morphed after the GFC into buying houses already done and you have less equity becasue your not on the front end and the people doing all the work have to add in their holding costs etc. hope that gives you a little color on how these transactions work and or did work..

Not sure how this situation applies to ride share workers but another example is when a family has two incomes and one of the incomes is below the income tax requirement.
